What do you love most about the home?

We fall in love right away with the downstairs open layout, the large backyard and the oversized garage. We cleared trees in the backyard for a swing set and installed a zip line, both have been removed since my son is now 16. A parent can see the backyard from every room on the back of the house. Once my son was older we installed the basketball goal and purchased a ping pong table for the garage. Rain, snow, heat or hurricane my son and his friends were able to play outdoor type activities in our garage.

What are your favorite things about your neighborhood?

Not only are the neighbors amazing people but one is a primary care doctor at Heritage Urgency Care, one is a pediatric trauma surgeon at WakeMed and one is a pharmacist. My husband and I have been waiting for a dentist and a vet:). Needless to say in case of an emergency you have medical professionals near:)
