The Loading Dock offers four unique locations spread out throughout Raleigh and Wake Forest. Each location has its own design aesthetic and offers a different experience at each place you go!

Coworking Spaces
The Coworking spaces at the loading dock differ based on membership. With any coworking membership, you receive unlimited black and white printing, locally roasted coffee, free enterprise wifi, a chance to network, and access to any Loading Dock in the triangle area. 

  • Mailbox Membership: $75 a month with a dedicated mailing address
  • Standard Membership: $150 a month and you are able to come Monday-Friday from 9-5 while receiving 2 hours of a conference room from 9-5. You also have access to all amenities such as coffee, wifi, phone booth, printing and events. 
  • Unlimited Membership: $250 a month with 24/7 access, 4 hours of a conference room, and access to all amenities such as coffee, wifi, phone booth, printing and events. 
  • Dedicated Desk: $350 a month with 24/7 access, 6 hours of a conference room, and access to all amenities such as coffee, wifi, phone booth, printing and events.

 

Bookable Suites: Suites are booked per day and are a private office space with no long term time commitment for just $100 a day at their Wake Forest and Beryl Street Location. These office suites are perfect for teams with up to 10 people and come with different layouts and designs at each location. When you book a suite for the day, you also get 24/7 access, 6 hours of a conference room, and access to all amenities such as coffee, wifi, phonebooth, printing and events, and free parking!

Cowarehousing
The Loading Dock’s warehousing space is perfect for start-ups or small companies who are in the early stages of their company or who are looking to grow and expand. This warehousing sector of the Loading Dock offers secured spaces for inventory management and storage, a loading dock for logistical operations, shared equipment to prepare and fulfill orders, on-site shipping and receiving daily, and it is on a 3 month commitment offering you flexibility and no long term commitment. 

Cowarehousing is perfect for those companies and startups such as retail owners, kitting and fulfillment companies, e-commerce, and more! With a cowarehousing membership, you also receive 24/7 access to coworking spaces for your business. 

Meeting and Event Spaces
You don’t have to be a member to book an event space with the loading dock! Here you can have office events, board meetings, parties, game nights, and more for up to 250 people. There are also training room packages which the Loading Dock with their training room membership perfect for companies that assist in the learning and development of others professional careers. Day Pass
Not interested in a month-long commitment? The Loading Dock offers day passes for $25 and week passes for $100 dollars! With each pass you get access to coffee, wifi, and the phone booths.

The Covid-19 pandemic has truly forever changed the ways of office spaces and have brought some companies to a realization of how they can efficiently and effectively operate in a hybrid or remote environment. The Loading Dock offers a workspace solution for corporate companies who want to allow their employees the flexibility and freedom to work in a hybrid setting.
